Payments are credited and sent automatically by the 15th day of the month (EST time/GMT-5) for trades where cashback has been accumulated between the first and the last day of the previous month.

If your profile is already under another referrer:
1. Send a request for profile to be closed to: [email protected]; and
2. After broker has confirmed profile has been closed, open a new profile via our IB links.
