I heard that FBS no longer provides cent accounts, is that true?

Personally I use FBS almost for 3 years they are really good broker for type of facility. But one thing I I Don't like about FBS that. If you deposit via crypto Let's say usdt and during withdraw you have to use same address as have used during deposit. I have lost my fund once still on pending in binance. Because I deposited from binance to FBS via litecoin after deposit my Binance's Litecoin address has been changed and soI withdraw my funds from FBS using previous address and at the end fund has not been credited yet till now
