Meanwhile, my cousin sent a similar transaction from the same wallet and same source—he’s from the EU—and got a refund in an hour. Why the double standard? This isn’t a simple KYC issue. This is a known pattern from ChangeNOW, Changelly, Atomic Wallet, Guarda, and Evercode Lab—a scam network linked to St. Petersburg, Russia. These platforms have: Frozen large transactions under false AML claims Refused refunds or updates for months or years Selectively refunded users from the EU/US while stalling others Operated under fake locations and offshore shells Under GDPR Article 12 & 15, I have the right to know why my funds are being held, how they were flagged, and what the timeline is.
